ePlays.org is based on actual face-to-face contact among people participating in a show. Minions of a page are very powerful - they have almost the same rights in a page (and certain pages under it) as the page owner does. You should not grant these rights to anybody you do not know personally and trust implicitly.
You can only grant minionship to members who have applied for it. See the How do I become a minion? question for more information. The button on the show page will show you at a glance the number of applicants, minions, and stewards of the page. (Stewards are minions of the parent page; they inherit editing rights to your page.) Before approving an applicant for minionship, ensure that the secret phrase they entered matches the one you had agreed upon face to face. This important security precaution helps assure you that the performer profile page that you are granting minionship to is actually the one owned by the person you spoke with.
As an additional security precaution, you will be required to enter your ePlays.org password. This proves that you are the one doing this and helps prevent somebody from abusing an account that was not logged off properly, especially on a shared computer. (Like most sites, simply closing the browser does not log you off.)
Newly ratified minions may need to log out and back in in order to access the editing tools for that page.
