Some quick tips on getting around

To update the contact list:

  • You cannot update the contact list directly, as it is compiled from information that belongs to others. You cannot update the contact list directly, as it is compiled from information that belongs to others.

Background:

The contact list is automatically generated from the information in member's Performer profiles. You can edit your contact information (and its visiblity) from within your profile. You cannot alter anybody else's contact information, because it belongs to them. Only information they have entered in their profile and made visible to the contact list will be shown. You should instead encourage the individuals in question to update the information in their profile and/or adjust its visibility so that it can be seen in the contact list. You can display the contact list for a show by clicking on the [Contact list] button in the red button bar of a show page in which you are participating.

In addition to the positions in the show, a show's contact list displays current information about certain administrative and executive positions from the controlling venue, such as the heads of relevant departments.
