Background:

The Proptume list is an interactive combined furniture, prop and costume list, available to those who are participating in a show. Props are further divided into general props and personal props (for each role in the play). In addition to the columns describing the item, there is a column for "status"; in general this column is used to indicate whether the prop has been obtained or not. Each propmaster or propmistress can devise their own codes for this column, and list them in the notes for the proptume list, at the top. When entering a new prop, you will need to enter its status, to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding it. This is a communications tool designed to keep everybody up to date and streamline staff meetings.

All edits are logged; you will be able to see the history of edits for this particular item above the form. You can delete the item from this form too; select "delete this item" and click [do it]. The deletion is also logged, and can be undone if necessary. The boneyard is at the bottom of the page.
