Some quick tips on getting around

To cast a show, and assign other roles:

  • Navigate to the show page and click on the green [assign roles] button. Navigate to the show page and click on the green [assign roles] button.

Background:

If you are an owner or minion of a show, you can click on [assign roles] in the red button bar. The resulting page has three sections; one each for acting roles, staff positions, and musical positions. In each section there will be a list of already-assigned roles, and a set of dropdowns for assigning new roles. In the list of already-assigned roles, check off anyone you wish to remove. Then in the set of dropdowns, select a role and a corresponding member for each assignment you wish to make. You may assign a role to multiple members, and you may assign multiple roles to the same member. When done, click the [assign roles] button at the bottom. You'll be returned to the same page so you can see your role assignments, and do some more. You can leave by the main menu when done. The contact list is automatically created from member's profiles, and your new cast and crew will have access to the calendar, proptume list, and contact list. (They may need to refresh the page if they are online at the time).

Assigning roles for a venue works the same way, except there is only one section.
